True Musou Attacks return from original DYNASTY WARRIORS 3 as the crowd-clear when the gauge is full. DYNASTY WARRIORS 3: Complete Edition Remastered then adds three remaster tools around that finisher: Evasion on the US, Japanese, and Europe pages; Perfect Power Guard as a timed power guard that can break a strong attack and stun; and Weapon Fusion in Camp, where spare weapons become material so you can move elemental properties and skills onto another weapon. Normal and Classic Settings let you take those remaster features as a bundle or closer to the 2001 feel. The four modules below pair each system with an official still and short notes; the sections after that only cover presets and two-player play. This page is the Action briefing for those four systems, not a damage table.

True Musou Attacks
真・無双乱舞
Steam lists True Musou Attacks with two-player simultaneous play and officer development as original DYNASTY WARRIORS 3 features that return here.
- The gauge still feeds a character-specific crowd-clear, not a later numbered-game musou switch.
- Store pages do not reprint those attack strings, so there is no official move list to quote.
- If a trailer looks faster than a PS2 memory, that is Unreal Engine 5 presentation plus Evasion, not a silent replacement of True Musou Attacks.

Evasion
回避
Evasion is the added movement on the US hub, the Japanese hub, and KOEI TECMO Europe news.
- Japanese copy also describes timed ジャスト回避 counters.
- It is a timing tool for 1 versus 1,000 fights, not a stealth button.
- No official page prints invulnerability lengths or frame data, so this briefing stops at what those hubs actually sell.

Perfect Power Guard
ジャストパワーガード
Perfect Power Guard is a timed power guard on the US and Japanese hubs.
- Land it on a strong attack to break that hit and stun.
- It is the close-range answer to charges the 2001 game could not just-guard.
- System Settings can mute it if you want Classic; Europe news still sells Evasion as a counterpart, so neither tool is Japan-only copy.

Weapon Fusion
武器合成
Weapon Fusion is a Camp action: extra weapons become material so you can move elemental properties and skills onto another weapon.
- Steam and both official hubs describe that loop; none list recipes, success rates, or a skill cap.
- Deluxe buyers get 42 fusion weapons as a day-one stockpile; Standard players earn the same Camp action from battle spares.
- Classic Settings will not delete a fused weapon, and Normal Settings will not require Deluxe.
Normal Settings, Classic Settings, and what they actually switch
Normal Settings keep the remaster action set live. Classic Settings swing the same switches toward the original game. You can also toggle features individually rather than only as a preset. Use Classic if you want the 2001 rhythm without the new movement in your muscle memory; use Normal if you came from later musou titles and expect a dodge. Musou Mode is where those presets meet actual playlists, and Digital Deluxe Edition is where 42 fusion weapons show up as a Deluxe include.
The preset is a battlefield feel switch, not a second campaign. Standard already contains Musou Mode, XL stories, split-screen, and the Camp crafting step. Deluxe does not change the fusion rule; it only fronts 42 extra weapons so you are not waiting on duplicates. If a fan table elsewhere shows a recipe, it is not a remaster fact printed on Steam or the hubs.
Practice the timing tools in the Hulao Gate demo if you can, because that slice is the only public build that lets you feel the new actions before 30 September 2026. The demo will not show Camp recipes. After one Hulao clear, come back here for the four-system map rather than grinding a ghost save. If a menu is missing in the slice, check the full game before assuming it was cut from the SKU.
Offline two-player and the later online update
Offline 2-Player Mode / オフライン2Pプレイ is confirmed for Musou Mode, Free Mode, and VS Mode. That is the couch feature on launch week. It is not the same promise as the later free update for online two-player play. If a store page thumbnail shows two soldiers on a split screen, that still is the offline mode the hubs already document.
The online update has no first-party day, only a by-January-2027 window in briefing coverage. Do not delay a Deluxe purchase waiting for online unless that is the only way you play musou. Split-screen plus the original-era finisher is the 2001 two-player idea this remaster actually restates. Online is extra, later, and free when it arrives.
Japanese オフライン2Pプレイ is the same couch mode. VS Mode's eight stages include the two named Hulao Pass and Chibi rules plus six further stages. That is enough versus variety to practice a timed guard on a human partner without touching Musou Mode unlocks. Online remains a later free drop. Day-one buyers who only care about two people on one screen already have the mode that ships.
